The Spring Day portal is dedicated to the privacy of its users. Our intention is to provide a secure and safe environment for the general public, and more particularly teachers and educators. The following statement outlines the policies by which the Spring Day portal collects, manages, and uses the data provided to us by users. To serve its users as effectively as possible, the Spring Day portal collects and stores data (name, surname, school’s details) and email addresses of teachers, educators and potential guests for visits registering for the Spring Day initiative and stores email addresses of subscribers to its newsletter. Such information will be stored for a maximum period of 3 years before being deleted from the server. Anonymous aggregated statistics are collected monthly to monitor user activity on the portal. Users may at any time change the data submitted upon login to the Spring Day portal

Use of collected information
Aggregate statistics are collected regularly, including, but not limited to, the number of users during a specific period, the number of pages viewed and the amount of time spent on pages. These are published monthly in an internal report. The Spring Day portal team will not divulge any data whatsoever for direct marketing purposes. The Spring Day portal team will have access to subscriber email addresses and can modify and/or delete information as needed to maintain the integrity of the user database. Information such as user IP address, internet service provider (ISP), web browser, operating system, approximate times of use, referring site, and any similar data exchanged between a user's computer and the servers of the Spring Day Portal is collected on an aggregate basis, and no method exists to tie this information to a particular user account. This information is accessible only to the system administrators within the Spring Day team and is used to ensure the broadest sense of compatibility and connectivity between users and the Spring Day portal.
